Delete your account

Applies to Permanent Clipboard on Chrome and Android

You can ask us to delete your Permanent Clipboard account and all data stored with it at any time. This page explains how.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to permanentclipboard@gmail.com with the subject Account deletion request. The link opens a ready-to-send message.
2. Send it from the email address of the account you want to delete. If you use a different address, tell us which account it is so we can verify that it is yours.
3. We delete the account and reply to confirm. We complete every request within 30 days.

What we delete

• your account and sign-in details
• all snippets, folders and images stored in cloud sync
• version history and items in Trash

What is not deleted

• Data on your devices. Snippets stored locally in the extension or the app stay on your device until you delete them or uninstall. Deleting your account does not remove them.
• Exported backup files that you saved yourself.
• Payment records held by Google. Purchases are processed by Google Play, which keeps its own records under its own policies.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought through Google Play. Cancel it first in the Google Play Store, under Payments & subscriptions, or you may continue to be billed.
